Yes, Source Supplies is a B2B-only supplier. We work with contract cleaners, facilities management companies, schools, care facilities, and other commercial organisations across the UK.
4. Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across the UK, with our logistics network based in Camberley, Surrey, covering London and the Home Counties daily in our own delivery vans. 95% of deliveries inside the M25 are with electric vehicles, charged using our 81 solar panels at Source HQ.. Our flexible delivery system ensures reliable, prompt service — whether you need regular scheduled drops or urgent next-day orders.

6. Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly products?
Absolutely. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We offer a wide range of eco-certified cleaning chemicals, recycled paper products, low-energy machinery, and innovative systems designed to reduce waste and water usage.
Our preferred plant-based cleaning manufacturer is Biovate who carry to esteemed ECOCERT credential on many of their products.
We are large distributors of Metsa Tissue (Katrin), Lucart (EcoNatural) and Kimberly Clark.

Our team can also provide product training and COSHH support for your cleaning teams onsite. We also have COSHH Training videos made in-house by Ollie.

Yes. We regularly provide on-site training, product demos, and guidance videos to help cleaning teams get the best results. Our goal is to make sustainable cleaning simple, safe, and effective.

11. How do you provide washroom services?
Our licensed Source Washroom Services division provides feminine hygiene servicing, nappy waste, air care, hand dryers, and consumable refills, managed via the BigChange service platform for real-time updates, waste transfer notes, and compliance.
We are the trusted partner for many of our Source customers, from FMs to Schools. Fed up of your service provider not turning up and issuing a credit? Call us, we always turn up.
12. Do you have sustainability credentials?
Yes. We continuously assess and improve our environmental impact — from the products we sell to our delivery operations. We champion circular economy principles, partner with sustainable brands, and are working towards becoming a paperless, low-carbon business.
We hold ISO9001, ISO15001, ISO45001 and are currently Neutral Carbon Zone Gold level. We have submitted our application for B-Corp (November 2025).
