Tell me about delivery
We'll bring your order to you FREE of charge. It doesn't matter how much you spend either, everyone is entitled to free delivery.
And how does my order reach me?
If you're within our catchment region, we'll ship your order in one of our stealth Source vans. If not, we'll use our preferred and trusted courier service.
Do you cover my region?
We want to be able to react to our customers needs and this means limiting our span in order live up to our promises. We currently deliver to Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, London, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
We'll need deliveries sent direct to our client sites
No problem, we'll deliver direct to any premises and ensure that the goods are put exactly where your cleaners want them.
Tick tock, when will I get my order?
We don't hang about. If the item is in stock then we'll aim to get it you within 48 hours. On the occasion that the product you need isn't a stock item then it may take a little longer for the first delivery. However long the delivery will take, we will make sure you know when to expect it.
You'll need my money, how do you want it?
Source offers a 30-day account to all customers with trade references. You can also pay by PayPal or good old-fashioned cheque.
Who do you supply?
We supply to anyone who is in the market for trade cleaning products.
I have a situation. Can you advise on cleaning chemicals and offer some product advice or tips?
We'd like to think that we've been in this game long enough to know what works and what doesn't and we invite you to contact us at any time for our opinion. Also, we're friendly with BBC 5 Live cleaning expert Annette Heywood who passes on loads of useful advice.
What are your opening hours?
The work never stops. Well, between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday at least it doesn't.
I know just what I need. Do you stock it?
All of our products can be viewed on our Supplies page. If we don't have what you're looking for then let us know, as we'll probably be able to get our hands on it for you.
I'm passing through your area, can I collect?
We don't have a front of house really but you're welcome to arrange a time to visit us. We work from private industrial premises so our plan is to just stick to delivering for the time being. Click here to find Source HQ.
