Q3. How did you first get involved with Source?
Dave is an old friend of mine and I often looked to put him in touch with my contacts who could potentially become customers of Source. The penny dropped that we could do more of the same and begin to build a business. So we gave it a shot.
Q4. If you could attend a dinner party with any 3 guests, who would they be?
Ricky Gervais, Winston Churchill and Ian Taylor (Aston Villa legend)
Q5. Do you have a hidden talent?
I know most of the scripts of The Office (guilty). I also like to ride my bikes a long way.
Q6. What is your favourite dish?
So difficult as I am definitely a foodie and I love all types of cuisine. I would have to say my mum’s Beef Bourguigon is the one.
Q7. What is your dream job?
This is it. Pro golfer is my back up.
Q8. What part of your job do you most enjoy?
The challenge of growing the business. The challenge of maintaining great service. Speaking to new and existing customers about how we can help them. It’s also satisfying when customers tell us that our team are doing a great job for them.
Q9. What part of your job do you least enjoy?
The admin trail and documenting our processes.
Q10. Who is your favourite customer?
I love working with customers who embrace our advice and appreciate the added value that we offer. It’s always a huge boost to myself and the team when customers show an understanding of the efforts we go to in order to provide great customer service.
Q11. And finally, what is the best thing about working at Source?
Looking forward to going to work every morning. We work with a great team who all enjoy some banter but never lose sight of our priorities and vision.
