Ollie is off on the annual O2e European cycle adventure. This time the charity are off to France, cycling the legendary route between London and Paris AKA Arch to Arc (Marble Arch to Arc de Triomph).
Joined by 125 cyclists and 25 crew, Ollie and the O2e supporters will be covering over 300 miles in 3 days.
O2e stands for Ordinary 2 Extraordinary which basically means that anyone who is prepared to get our of their comfort zones through exercise and activity will have the backing of O2e! There will be plenty of people this year who will be embarking on the biggest physical effort of their lives and we salute you. Perhaps see you next year?
Ollie is on the committee of this children’s charity and had this to say:
‘O2e is a voluntary run charity that donates 100% of monies raised to selected children’s charities each year. O2e nominates a handful of charities who look after seriously and terminally ill children. This is our flagship event so we’re really looking to raise awareness for our nominated charities and obviously fundraise as much as possible’.
